Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end repair flow from reception through assessment, spare‑parts allocation, packing and return shipment to stores
- Create and label incoming repair items, generate picking lists and allocate spare parts per repair
- Maintain inventory accuracy: operate cycle counts, create stock movements per Finance rules and report/adjust discrepancies
- Use JD Edwards to research parts, record transactions and track incorrect or missing data to improve system integrity
- Process store orders, backorders and incoming shipments within one business day (within 24 hours)
- Coordinate with Cergy (Paris) and Customer Service to escalate spare‑parts quality, lead‑time or shipment issues and to resolve incoming repair queries
- Organize repairs waiting for parts, propose solutions for items pending over two weeks, and create locations for new spare parts as required
- Pack and ship repairs and spare parts back to stores and maintain the department’s organization
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or after‑sales operations
- Basic computer literacy and 10‑key data entry; Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, strong written and oral communication
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritize competing tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to pull or push up to 25 lbs and flexibility to work occasional overtime
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse, logistics or after‑sales operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving and repair processing.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 20 per hour.
