Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and shipment of Louis Vuitton products designated for repair, meeting daily efficiency targets in speed and quality following a reasonable training period
  • Oversee inventory management of products awaiting repair and spare parts in accordance with established processes, including inventory audits, storage optimization, picking, and packing
  • Execute data input tasks using organizational IT tools to support activity tracking and information sharing across Customer Care Services departments
  • Communicate effectively with workflow leads, supervisors, and managers to identify and resolve operational issues that arise during daily activities
  • Collaborate with repair artisans, client advisors, and retail store representatives to facilitate problem-solving and knowledge sharing to improve processes and collective efficiency
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and operational enhancements within the organization

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience
