Role & Responsibilities
- Manage reception and shipment of Louis Vuitton products designated for repair, meeting daily efficiency targets for speed and quality
- Oversee inventory management of products awaiting repair and spare parts stock, ensuring compliance with established processes
- Participate in inventory audits and optimize storage locations, picking, and packing operations
- Utilize organizational IT systems to input data and track activity metrics, sharing information with other Customer Care Services departments
- Communicate effectively with workflow leads, supervisors, managers, and cross-functional departments to identify and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with artisans, client advisors, and store representatives to improve processes and enhance collective efficiency
- Participate in improvement projects and process optimization initiatives within the organization
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Strong English language skills—both verbal and written
