Louis Vuitton seeks a Warehouse Coordinator in Irving, TX — full-time on-site role managing reception, repairs shipping, inventory and data tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage reception and shipment of parcels containing Louis Vuitton products sent for repair, ensuring speed and quality targets are met after initial training.
- Control and maintain inventory of items to be repaired and spare parts: picking, packing, stock replenishment and creation/optimization of storage locations.
- Execute inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies according to established processes.
- Perform accurate data entry and update tracking systems to communicate status across Customer Care Services and other internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with workflow leads, supervisors, artisans and client advisors to resolve operational issues and support collective problem solving.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline processes and increase collective efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations (experience in luxury retail or repair/after-sales preferred).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and proven time-management ability.
- Energetic, adaptable and able to switch between tasks depending on operational needs.
- Comfortable with computers and accurate data entry.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain roles; prior exposure to repair/after-sales logistics or luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
