Louis Vuitton Warehouse Controller position in Malissard, France. Full-time quality control and logistics role in luxury leather goods manufacturing hub.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform visual, tactile, and instrumented quality control inspections of raw materials and leather goods components to identify and isolate defective items against luxury industry standards
  • Execute receiving operations including truck unloading and system registration of incoming shipments
  • Manage inventory placement, stocking, and system documentation within the logistics hub
  • Conduct order picking and product conditioning for shipment
  • Prepare transport documentation, register outgoing parcels, and oversee truck loading
  • Perform annual and rolling inventory counts of materials and components, identifying discrepancies between physical stock and management system records

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or quality control
  • Proficiency in forklift operation (Categories 1, 3, and 5)
  • Comfort with logistics software and digital tools (SAP, scanner systems)
  • Strong literacy and numeracy; clear oral and written communication
  • Demonstrated attention to safety, order, cleanliness, and organization
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to identify issues and alert team members appropriately
