Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming materials and components from suppliers whilst adhering to established safety protocols
• Enter all daily shipments into the inventory management system to maintain real-time stock accuracy
• Place received materials into designated storage locations or direct to quality control for inspection
• Prepare component kits by grouping metallic parts, pre-cut pieces, and materials required by internal departments and external suppliers
• Assemble finished bags with removable components and package items for shipment to the Cergy distribution platform in compliance with quality standards
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations; analyse stock variances and discrepancies
• Record and process outgoing shipments daily through the inventory system, managing three shipment categories: outsourced manufacturing, sales, and finished goods

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or accepted to a BAC +2 (equivalent to higher national diploma level) logistics or supply chain programme
• Seeking a formal apprenticeship contract (contrat d'alternance) aligned with academic curriculum
• Demonstrated reliability and meticulous attention to detail in operational tasks
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Commitment to workplace safety and rigorous adherence to security protocols
• Team-oriented mindset with proactive communication and problem-solving approach

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; no prior logistics experience required. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and professional maturity within a structured apprenticeship framework.

Education

Currently pursuing or holding a BAC +2 qualification (or equivalent) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
