Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming repair items and spare parts using a handheld barcode terminal; verify item description, quantity and condition by visual inspection.
  • Perform picking, packing and shipping operations, reconciling items with shipping documents and preparing parcels for dispatch.
  • Operate the warehouse/inventory management system to assign storage locations, record stock movements and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate daily with store personnel, repair teams and logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows.
  • Provide administrative and team support, including meeting preparation, schedule coordination and procurement of office supplies.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate information flow and resolve operational queries.
  • Adapt working methods and break schedules as required to support employees with disabilities; propose and implement reasonable adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of relevant clerical, warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Proven competency with Microsoft Word, Excel (including SUM, IF and AVERAGE functions), PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate handheld barcode scanners and learn inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organisational discipline.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • English or French communication ability is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience
