Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the in-store visual merchandising strategy across New Jersey metro locations to elevate the luxury environment and enhance the client experience.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality visual execution across product categories through store zoning, rotations and seasonal resets.
- Lead window concept execution and installations, coordinating logistics with corporate, regional teams and external suppliers.
- Collaborate with store leadership on merchandizing for business events, new launches and collection rollouts to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Train, coach and audit store teams on visual standards, product placement and storytelling to guarantee brand consistency.
- Provide regular qualitative feedback and reporting to Regional and Corporate Visual Merchandising partners.
- Manage on-the-ground project coordination including timelines, asset allocation and troubleshooting during installations.
- Analyze sales trends and client feedback to refine visual strategies that drive conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive visual merchandising experience, including responsibility for multi-store execution.
- Demonstrated expertise with ready-to-wear (RTW), leather goods and accessories visual presentation.
- Proven ability to lead and train retail teams, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing window installations and coordinating external suppliers and vendors.
- Flexibility to travel across the metro area and work variable hours during installations and events.
