Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the in-store visual merchandising strategy across assigned New Jersey metro locations to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of visual standards across all product categories (RTW, leather goods, accessories), including store zoning and product rotations.
- Lead window concept changes and large-scale installations, coordinating logistics with corporate teams and external suppliers to guarantee flawless execution.
- Collaborate with store management on business events, launches and promotions to optimize product presentation and commercial performance.
- Train, coach and provide qualitative feedback to store teams and regional/corporate partners on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
- Monitor store-level execution, perform audits, and recommend corrective actions to maintain luxury retail presentation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in visual merchandising, with proven responsibility for visual execution across multiple retail locations.
- Demonstrable expertise in window installations, store zoning, product rotation planning and merchandising standards for RTW, leather goods and accessories.
- Proven ability to lead, train and influence retail teams and to communicate effectively with cross-functional and corporate stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating vendors and managing installation logistics in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven commercial awareness with the ability to translate sales trends and launches into visual strategies that maximise business opportunities.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years in a visual merchandising role with hands-on responsibility for multiple store locations. Prior experience delivering visual standards for RTW, leather goods and accessories in a fast-paced luxury retail environment is required, including leading window and floor installations and training store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 40 to USD 46 per hour.
