Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement and adapt visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays in line with Central and Zone guidelines while tailoring executions to local market needs.
- Lead the design and execution of window installations, store sets, launches, renovations and key-event displays to elevate brand desirability.
- Ensure consistency of product presentation and floor sets across stores, monitoring compliance with VM standards and directives.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Retail teams to align VM with commercial objectives and promotional calendars.
- Assess and uplift the performance and workmanship of country VM teams; set visual standards and KPIs and conduct quality reviews.
- Manage VM assets and props, optimising usage, maintenance and inventory to support efficient rollouts.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop Visual Leaders; set expectations, manage performance and create succession pathways within the VM network.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of progressive visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail, with regional exposure.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing visual teams across multiple stores or markets.
- High proficiency in MS Office and Adobe applications (as used for VM planning and presentation).
- Strong sense of fashion, trends and luxury presentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Superior organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities; proven capacity to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Flexible, proactive mindset with willingness to travel and adapt to evolving global standards and processes.

Experience
At least eight years of relevant experience in luxury or high-end retail visual merchandising, including regional or multi-market exposure and track record of leading VM teams, store openings, window projects and product launches.
Education
Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, retail management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
