Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and product rotations in collaboration with Store Management.
- Manage product handling processes including back-of-house preparation, database location updates (RMS) and in-store installation.
- Ensure all displays, windows, props, lighting and furniture meet Louis Vuitton visual standards and luxury retail maintenance expectations.
- Set visual performance expectations and proactively monitor and manage execution across the store.
- Act as the store ambassador for visual merchandising, demonstrating passion for the brand and high standards of presentation.
- Coach, train and develop the visual merchandising team to maximise performance and support succession planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail, with progressive responsibility.
- Proven leadership experience coaching and developing in-store visual teams.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail display standards and store presentation best practices.
- Experience with inventory/location updates and visual implementation workflows; familiarity with RMS.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple installations and timelines.

Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail, including responsibility for store-level executions and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management or equivalent professional experience preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
