Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Manager in Macau — lead a team of visual merchandisers across seven stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the visual merchandising team across seven stores in Macau, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that reflect Louis Vuitton brand positioning while being customized for the Macau market
- Collaborate closely with store managers and retail teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards and brand directives
- Conduct engaging visual merchandising walk-throughs and meetings to animate and communicate with the retail community
- Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to the visual merchandising team to enhance technical skills and creative capabilities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain the freshness and appeal of retail presentations
- Coordinate with local vendors for window displays and pop-up installations, working in partnership with the North Asia Design team to align with brand standards and seasonal directives
- Provide regular feedback to the North Asia visual merchandising team regarding local market needs and retail initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising within luxury and/or high-end fashion retail
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 10 or more visual merchandisers
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing visual merchandising strategies for multi-unit retail environments
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and retail storytelling
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional retail teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising within luxury and/or high-end fashion retail, with demonstrated success leading teams in multi-store retail environments. Background in international luxury brands is preferred.
Education
No specific formal education requirement specified; however, professional training or certification in visual merchandising, retail management, or luxury brand management is advantageous.
