Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular zoning and rotations in consultation with store management
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager following each rotation
- Act as a proactive force in developing business strategy by leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales
- Collaborate with the Team Manager or Team Lead and Expert Advisors to ensure key products are selected and optimally displayed
- Train and facilitate orientation of new Visual Merchandising leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising or related retail experience
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail environments
- Proficiency in visual design principles and product presentation
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, luxury retail, or related merchandising roles within a high-end fashion or lifestyle environment.
Education
