Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and implement regular zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Act as a proactive force in developing the business by leveraging visual merchandising strategies to drive sales
  • Interact with Team Managers and Expert Advisors to ensure key products are selected and prominently displayed
  • Train and facilitate orientation of new visual leaders and merchandising staff

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising or retail display management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail environment and brand presentation
  • Strong understanding of sales-driven visual strategies and product positioning
  • Experience managing visual teams and mentoring junior staff
