Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct in-store audits, monitor execution quality, and deploy corrective actions to ensure consistent visual standards.
- Track and report key performance indicators (sell-through, dwell time, conversion) to demonstrate the commercial impact of visual strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive visual merchandising experience within luxury retail, including demonstrable leadership of field teams.

- Analytical aptitude to monitor KPIs and convert data into actionable merchandising decisions for enhanced performance.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Interior Design, Fashion or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered.
