Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and implement store VM zoning and rotations in collaboration with Store Management
- Oversee window installations and event setup to ensure brand-aligned visual excellence
- Share qualitative visual feedback following each rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team
- Serve as brand ambassador and role model within the store environment
- Maintain master knowledge of all product categories and their positioning
- Leverage visual merchandising as a strategic tool to drive sales by engaging Store Management
- Manage, guide, and develop in-store visual merchandising interns and team members
- Monitor competitors and identify and report best practices for implementation
- Guide and train store teams on VM standards to maintain brand sophistication and store image
- Engage and sensitize the sales team to maintenance protocols and product replacement schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional visual merchandising experience
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury products and passion for high-end goods
- Strong sense of style, art, and fashion aesthetic
- Exceptional detail orientation and quality control standards
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury market and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in Italian and English
