Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Manager position in Florence, Italy. Lead in-store visual strategy and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and implement store visual merchandising zoning and rotations in collaboration with store management
- Oversee window installations and event staging to ensure brand alignment and visual impact
- Provide qualitative visual feedback following each rotation to the Visual Merchandising Manager and central team
- Serve as brand ambassador and role model, exemplifying sophistication and product knowledge in-store
- Develop comprehensive knowledge across all product categories and communicate this expertise to sales teams
- Leverage visual merchandising techniques strategically to drive sales engagement and involve store management in execution
- Manage, guide, and develop in-store visual merchandising interns and support staff
- Conduct competitor store visits and document best practices to inform strategy refinement
- Train store teams on visual merchandising standards to maintain brand image and sophistication
- Engage and educate the sales team on product maintenance and replacement protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional visual merchandising experience
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury product positioning and brand heritage
- Strong sense of style, artistic vision, and fashion awareness
- Meticulous attention to detail in execution and presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in both Italian and English
