Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all visual merchandising strategies, including window installations, store zoning, and product rotations in alignment with corporate brand guidelines
- Maintain flawless presentation of all product categories, including RTW and accessories, with meticulous attention to store environment, lighting, and prop styling
- Provide qualitative feedback to regional merchandising teams and collaborate proactively with store management on launches, events, and merchandising directives
- Identify, train, and develop visual team members and store associates, establishing clear visual expectations and fostering engagement with product narratives
- Leverage visual storytelling to enhance the client experience and actively contribute to store business development and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or specialty retail environments
- Proven expertise with ready-to-wear and accessories merchandising, window installations, and product category knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and retail excellence standards
