Louis Vuitton Chicago seeks Visual Merchandising Leader with 5+ years luxury retail experience. Full-time, USD $34–$37/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with corporate office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product rotations
- Plan, prepare and implement store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management across all product categories
- Manage product preparation in back-of-house, location updates in RMS database, and installation coordination
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager after each rotation
- Act as brand ambassador and role model for visual merchandising, demonstrating genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
- Develop proactive business strategies leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on business events, sales trends, new launches and visual merchandising guidelines
- Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure lighting, windows, props and furniture meet luxury retail standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or specialty retail environments
- Demonstrated experience with leather goods, Ready-to-Wear and accessories merchandising
- Proficiency in window installations and visual design
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Background in store planning advantageous
- Team-oriented approach and collaborative mindset
