Louis Vuitton is hiring a Visual Merchandising Lead in Miami, Florida to manage store displays and brand presentation for a luxury boutique. USD $36-$43/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate window installations with regional and corporate partners, managing product changes for each rotation cycle
- Plan, prepare, and implement zoning and product rotations in collaboration with store management, including product preparation, database updates, and installation
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager following each rotation
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting best practices and serving as a visual merchandising ambassador within the store
- Implement store zoning for each product category, collaborating with Expert Advisors, Team Managers, Universe Managers, and the Store Manager while proposing alternative products as needed
- Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards, ensuring all display elements (lighting, windows, props, furniture) remain in excellent condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising or retail display experience
- Proven ability to execute visual merchandising strategies in a luxury retail environment
- Strong understanding of brand standards and consistency requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in project coordination and team collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or related luxury retail operations
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in visual merchandising, interior design, or retail management is preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 43 per hour.
