Role & Responsibilities
- Lead execution of all in-store visual merchandising activities, ensuring conformity with corporate guidelines and luxury presentation standards.
- Coordinate window design and installations with the corporate visual team and local suppliers; manage window product rotations and photographic reporting.
- Plan and implement regular store zoning and product rotations in consultation with Store Management and category leads.
- Manage product preparation, back-of-house staging, database location updates (RMS) and on-floor installation.
- Maintain store environment and upkeep of props, lighting and furniture; reorder visual merchandising materials as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Manager, Team Managers/Leads, Expert Advisors and Universe Managers to select key products and support events, launches and sales-driving concepts.
- Visit competitors to monitor best practices and propose local visual initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' visual merchandising experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury product categories and retail presentation standards.
- Proven ability to coordinate with corporate teams, external suppliers and internal store stakeholders.
- Strong visual sensibility, attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality photographic feedback.
- Capacity to manage physical installations, props and lighting while maintaining store luxury standards.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment, with proven responsibility for window displays, store zoning, and coordination with corporate visual teams and external vendors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in visual merchandising, fashion, design or a related discipline is a plus.
