Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day communication, coordination, and project-related tasks for the Visual Merchandising team across the Americas
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and cross-stakeholder coordination across multiple time zones
  • Prepare communication materials, meeting recaps, and documentation to facilitate information sharing across functions
  • Create and update presentations and decks for internal meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional communications
  • Organize and maintain visual merchandising documents, guidelines, and shared resources to ensure team accessibility and consistency
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to support smooth execution
  • Collaborate with retail, creative, operations, marketing, and central teams to support alignment and learn cross-functional practices
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and coordination within the team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented mindset
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able and willing to work on-site at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan
