Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and implement store visual merchandising zoning and rotations in collaboration with store management
  • Oversee windows installation and event setup execution
  • Share qualitative visual feedback after each rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager and central team
  • Serve as brand ambassador, embodying and communicating brand values to internal teams
  • Master comprehensive knowledge across all product categories and their visual presentation
  • Leverage visual merchandising techniques to drive sales engagement with store management
  • Manage, guide, and develop in-store visual merchandising team members
  • Conduct competitor visits and report best practices to inform strategy
  • Guide and train store team members on visual merchandising standards to ensure brand image consistency
  • Engage and sensitize sales team to maintenance protocols and product replacement procedures

Qualifications

  • Formal training in fashion styling or visual merchandising (mandatory)
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and visual communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local luxury market and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated passion for luxury goods and brand heritage
