Louis Vuitton, Paris: Visual Merchandising Coordinator to manage brand experience projects across teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all project stages from brief reception to deployment, including scheduling, risk identification, and milestone tracking
- Serve as primary liaison between Design, Production, Development, Logistics, VM Products, Digital, Showroom, and regional teams
- Organize and conduct project review meetings; prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes; track action items
- Support creative teams in monitoring design development and ensure creative intentions are correctly translated through production
- Track design concept evolution and measure impact on timelines and budgets; ensure overall deliverable consistency
- Manage priority arbitration across teams; alert rapidly to deviations and anticipate blocking points
- Ensure fluid communication between all stakeholders; regularly share project progress and prepare reporting dashboards
- Propose pragmatic solutions and continuously improve working methods
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management or coordination experience in luxury brand context
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools for project management
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear, structured, and actionable reports
- Capability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project coordination, preferably in luxury brand, retail, or fashion environments with exposure to cross-functional team management and complex project delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; formal project management training or certification is a plus.
