Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Coordinator in London—ensure brand consistency and drive sales through strategic product displays and store zoning.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Area VM Manager on window installations and manage product rotations according to brand guidelines
  • Prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in close consultation with Store Management and category-leading advisors
  • Manage product logistics including back-of-house preparation, database location changes, and installation across store locations
  • Provide qualitative and photographic feedback following each visual rotation to the Country Visual Merchandiser
  • Conduct competitor visits and document best practices for strategic implementation
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and role model, demonstrating active passion and enthusiasm for visual merchandising excellence
  • Develop and maintain master-level product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton categories
  • Proactively leverage visual merchandising to drive business growth and sales performance
  • Collaborate with Team Managers, Senior Client Advisors, and Expert Advisors to ensure key products are strategically selected and displayed
  • Implement store zoning for each product category, propose alternative products in cases of shortage, and validate zoning with the Country Visual Merchandiser
  • Coach and develop store team members by sharing VM knowledge and promoting maintenance awareness
  • Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards, including lighting, windows, props, and furniture condition
  • Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as required
  • Ensure all product displays strictly adhere to Louis Vuitton standards and current guidelines
  • Maintain highest brand and product knowledge standards
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioral standards
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
