Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain window displays and interior merchandising implementations across all product categories
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and standards in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate store zoning, product placement, and seasonal event displays
  • Conduct daily visual maintenance checks to ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication across all displays
  • Collaborate with retail team members on visual execution and event preparation
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Louis Vuitton brand standards and communicate visual concepts clearly to colleagues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven visual merchandising experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual execution across ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories
  • Proven experience developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards
  • Experience with window installations, special events, and seasonal merchandising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
