Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain window displays that reflect current brand campaigns and seasonal directives.
  • Execute interior merchandising across all product categories (RTW, leather goods, accessories) to ensure visual coherence and commercial impact.
  • Implement and uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards and visual guidelines in-store.
  • Prepare store zoning and support special events, pop-ups and in-store activations in collaboration with store leadership.
  • Perform daily visual maintenance checks and remediate presentation issues to preserve a premium client environment.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, store management and regional visual teams to align visual strategy with commercial objectives and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a visual merchandising role within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies, window installations and special event displays.
  • Experience merchandising across RTW, leather goods and accessories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across store teams.
  • Working availability for full-time, on-site retail hours including flexibility for event and installation schedules.

Experience

Minimum three years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated ability to deliver windows, in-store displays and event activations across multiple product categories.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in visual merchandising, fashion, design or a related field preferred.
