Louis Vuitton seeks a Visual Merchandising Associate to implement and maintain window and interior displays, uphold brand standards, and support store zoning, events, and the client experience. The role is permanent and full-time, with an hourly rate of USD 26–28 plus bonus opportunity and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement window displays.
- Implement interior merchandising across product categories.
- Collaborate with the team on store zoning and event preparation.
- Conduct day-to-day visual maintenance checks.
- Apply general brand standards.
- Support the business strategy and contribute to improving the in-store client experience.
- Ensure visual merchandising implementation is consistent, high-quality, and sophisticated.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a visual merchandising role and visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards, special events, and window installations.
- Experience with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
