Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute window displays and interior merchandising implementations that reflect brand standards and seasonal strategies
  • Collaborate with store team members on zoning, event preparation, and visual coordination
  • Conduct daily visual maintenance checks to ensure consistency and quality across all product categories including RTW, leather goods, and accessories
  • Support special events and window installations in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of general Louis Vuitton brand standards and communicate visual requirements effectively to the team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a visual merchandising role within a luxury or fast-paced retail environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards
  • Experience with window installations and special event visual coordination
  • Knowledge of retail fashion categories including ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
