Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Louis Vuitton visual merchandising standards across all product categories in the Boston Copley store.
  • Manage store zoning and product rotations to highlight key merchandise and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Plan, lead and execute window installations and seasonal display changes in collaboration with store leadership.
  • Support store business events through creative visual concepts and timely execution.
  • Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques, brand standards and fixture usage.
  • Work closely with the store team to align visual strategy with commercial objectives and the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of visual merchandising experience in a multi‑unit or flagship retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience executing visual strategies, window installations and special-event displays.
  • Direct experience merchandising RTW, leather goods and accessories.
  • Proven ability to train and develop retail teams on visual standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional store teams.

Experience
