Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain sophisticated window installations and interior displays reflecting Louis Vuitton brand standards across all product categories (RTW, leather goods, accessories)
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and special event installations in coordination with store team and regional directives
- Conduct daily visual maintenance checks to ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication of all merchandising implementation
- Prepare and execute store zoning for seasonal campaigns and special events
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Louis Vuitton brand standards and communicate visual merchandising vision to store team members
- Collaborate with retail leadership to optimize store layout and enhance the client experience through strategic product placement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Visual Merchandising role
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising strategy implementation and execution in luxury or high-end retail environments
- Hands-on experience with window installations, RTW, leather goods, and accessories merchandising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across retail teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple visual projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency
