Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute window displays and seasonal visual concepts to brand standards, coordinating props, lighting and narrative storytelling.
  • Implement interior merchandising across all product categories (RTW, leather goods, accessories) to maximize visual impact and commercial performance.
  • Perform day‑to‑day visual maintenance checks, ensuring fixtures, signage and product placement remain impeccable.
  • Prepare and set up store zoning, planograms and visual elements for launches, trunk shows and special events.
  • Collaborate closely with store leadership, sales associates and corporate visual teams to align store-level activations with global directives.
  • Contribute to inventory staging and visual merchandising logistics during deliveries, promotions and re-merchandising cycles.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on basic visual standards and upkeep to preserve a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a visual merchandising role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrable experience owning and implementing visual strategies, window installations and event displays.
  • Practical knowledge merchandising RTW, leather goods and accessories with attention to luxury presentation standards.
