The Visual Merchandising Assistant supports project coordination and in-store implementation across window displays, lightboxes, activations and events for Louis Vuitton’s France and Monaco team. This apprenticeship or professionalization contract begins in October 2026, lasts 12–24 months and follows a four-days-at-work, one-day-in-training schedule; the role is based on the Champs-Élysées, with occasional travel in the region and to Monaco.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring and operational implementation of Visual Merchandising activities in line with Louis Vuitton guidelines.
  • Prepare project files and track window display, lightbox and event projects, including schedules, feedback, destruction certificates and budgets.
  • Update installation schedules, supplier reference materials and databases.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines.
  • Organize project follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials and write minutes.
  • Produce and distribute photographic reports on installations and launches.
  • Support teams during collection changes and commercial activations.
  • Assist with the in-store implementation of specific projects, including window displays, activations and events.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring of window displays, activations, props and events.
  • Prepare and update budget tracking spreadsheets.
  • Enter invoices and expense lines.
  • Track purchase orders (POs) related to installations and projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying at Bac+3 level or above in Visual Merchandising, Design, a fashion school or a business school.
  • Interested in discovering Visual Merchandising through both coordination and hands-on work.
  • Comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and collaborative tools; Adobe and 3D software are an advantage.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards and agility.
  • Able to interact with a range of stakeholders.
