Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Assistant apprenticeship in Paris – October 2026. Support EMEA VM operations through display coordination and props management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage props follow-up and coordination between regional teams, supply chain, central operations, and finance
- Oversee window display orders, plan installations, collaborate with supply chain partners, and participate in on-site installations
- Consolidate feedback from window installations and monitor associated budget performance
- Provide implementation support for POP-IN and POP-UP project tracking and rollout
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on window displays, temporary activations, and product inventory for central teams
- Coordinate fragrance and beauty category rotations across the network, managing timelines, production schedules, installations, and budgets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a mid- to final-year programme in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent university-level qualification
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent English language skills

Entry-level; no professional experience required. Strong enthusiasm, positive attitude, versatility, and organizational acumen are essential.
Education
Mid- to final-year student or recent graduate in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent university programme.
