Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute window installation projects across the Taiwan retail network, ensuring alignment with global concept standards.
- Coordinate technical requirements and concept approvals with Paris headquarters, translating HQ direction into local execution plans.
- Manage local vendors, fabricators and contractors for production, fabrication and on-site installation, including vendor selection and performance oversight.
- Review, evaluate and negotiate quotations and production costs to assess project feasibility and control budgets.
- Monitor production quality, installation timelines and on-site details to ensure technical accuracy and high-quality execution.
- Oversee popup and special-project delivery from planning through build and dismantle, including review of technical drawings and structural specifications.
- Coordinate lightbox and VM projects—prepare local proposals, manage installation schedules and verify technical compliance and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience in visual merchandising, popup production or related project management within retail or exhibitions.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, construction plans and structural details.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, production techniques, installation methods and safety requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, cost evaluation and quotation review for production and installation projects.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) — both written and spoken — with capacity to liaise directly with Paris HQ.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines; proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset.

Minimum five years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising, window display production, popup or exhibition project management, including technical execution and vendor coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, architecture, engineering, industrial design or a related discipline preferred.
