Role & Responsibilities
- Support the visual merchandising team in planning and executing product presentations for leather-goods store windows and in-store cross-category displays for clientelling events.
- Assist with showroom installations, monthly store rotations, seasonal launches and special events including preparatory reporting and visual documentation.
- Perform product research and competitive analysis to ensure displays reflect current market trends and customer expectations.
- Contribute to the development and production of VM accessories, ensuring consistency with brand visual guidelines.
- Prepare products and materials required for window validation and final approvals.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new concepts and presentation ideas.
- Carry out image retouching and basic visual assets preparation as required, and provide general operational support to the VM team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in fashion merchandising, visual arts, design or a related discipline.
- Strong visual sensibility, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion storytelling.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, luxury market dynamics and fashion trends.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency (required).

Entry-level — suitable for current students or recent graduates. No prior professional VM experience is required, though internship or academic project experience in retail or visual design is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently obtained a diploma/degree in fashion merchandising, visual arts, design or a related field.
