Louis Vuitton — Visual Merchandising Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Alternance role supporting VM team with administrative, logistics and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Visual Merchandising (VM) team, acting as a primary point of contact for an international team of approximately 80 people.
- Manage purchase orders (POs), internal orders and supplier account openings; track shipments, returns and destructions including coordination with logistics partners.
- Prepare and follow up meeting materials and monthly reports for senior leadership; organise large VM meetings, seminars and cross-BU coordination (beauty, high jewellery, etc.).
- Coordinate product placements and props for podiums, meetings and approvals; manage prototype installations and third‑party vendors.
- Handle onboarding logistics for new hires (access, equipment, badges), monitor team leave and update VM contacts, zones and organisational charts.
- Liaise with Facilities/Services Généraux for workspace management and arrange travel bookings for directors; organise team events and visits to Maison/Group exhibitions or foundations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree or vocational program in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (mid- to final-year student).
- Proven proficiency with Pack Office and the Suite Adobe (indispensable).
- Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and high energy; comfortable managing competing priorities across administrative and operational tasks.
- Professional discretion and the ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and external vendors.
- English language skills are a plus.
