Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Head Office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product rotations for each seasonal change
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and interior merchandising rotations while managing product placement and quality
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback on visual implementations; visit competitors and report on industry best practices
- Collaborate with Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches and visual merchandising guidelines
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for store-wide events and seasonal promotions
- Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure store displays meet Louis Vuitton luxury standards and manage reordering of props, lighting and VM tools
- Ensure all product displays comply with brand guidelines and maintain environmental standards across the retail space
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or high-profile retail specialty environment
- Demonstrated portfolio showing visual merchandising expertise with ready-to-wear, accessories and window display examples
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
