Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Directors and Product Specialists to address business and visual merchandising issues, including sales trends and new launches.
- Develop store zoning for each product category in collaboration with Product Specialists and Store Managers.
- Prepare product lists for new displays and install products according to global guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events and support related product actions.
- Photograph and report on product displays for each rotation to the Country-Area VM.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust product zoning in collaboration with the store team.
- Communicate visual merchandising implementations and gather feedback from the store team.
- Ensure day-to-day maintenance of visual merchandising standards, including lighting and product presentation.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with multi-category brands.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising is required, with a background in multi-category brands, including ready-to-wear.
