Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate window installations with Head Office and local suppliers, managing product rotations according to Louis Vuitton specifications
  • Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and interior merchandise rotations for all product categories
  • Manage product display, maintain luxury retail standards, and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines
  • Collect and share qualitative and photographic feedback on visual merchandising implementation and competitor best practices
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising concepts for store events and seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance checks on store environment, lighting, props and visual merchandising tools
  • Support store operations through active floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties
  • Coach and motivate retail team members on visual merchandising standards and execution
  • Reorder visual merchandising props, lighting and tools as necessary to maintain luxury retail standards

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or specialty retail environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in ready-to-wear, accessories, and window display visual merchandising
  • Portfolio or examples of previous visual merchandising work available for review
  • Detail-oriented with strong deadline management capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
