Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandiser role in Auckland, New Zealand. Lead visual display standards and retail environment design for luxury retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate window installations with Head Office and local suppliers, managing product rotations according to Louis Vuitton specifications
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and interior merchandise rotations for all product categories
- Manage product display, maintain luxury retail standards, and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines
- Collect and share qualitative and photographic feedback on visual merchandising implementation and competitor best practices
- Collaborate with Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising concepts for store events and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct day-to-day maintenance checks on store environment, lighting, props and visual merchandising tools
- Support store operations through active floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties
- Coach and motivate retail team members on visual merchandising standards and execution
- Reorder visual merchandising props, lighting and tools as necessary to maintain luxury retail standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or specialty retail environments
- Demonstrated expertise in ready-to-wear, accessories, and window display visual merchandising
- Portfolio or examples of previous visual merchandising work available for review
- Detail-oriented with strong deadline management capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

Experience
Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or high-profile retail specialty environment, with demonstrated proficiency in ready-to-wear, accessories, and window display execution.
