Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent application of Louis Vuitton visual merchandising standards across all product categories, maintaining the store environment at luxury retail standards.
  • Plan, prepare and execute regular store zoning and product rotations, including coordination of interior displays and prop usage.
  • Coordinate window installations and product changes in collaboration with Store Management, Regional VM and Head Office; manage logistics with local suppliers.
  • Perform daily VM maintenance checks, oversee lighting and prop reordering, and address store maintenance issues promptly.
  • Act as an ambassador for visual merchandising on the sales floor: lead by example, coach the sales team on VM topics and share qualitative and photographic feedback with the Regional VM manager.
  • Support store operations by undertaking floor and break management, transaction operations and opening/closing duties; monitor competitors and report best practices to inform VM strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable commercial mindset with the ability to translate merchandising into sales activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise under deadlines.
  • Service-oriented approach with proven capability to coach and motivate a retail team on VM standards.
  • Fluent English; Dutch language skills preferred.

Experience

Vocational qualification or diploma in visual merchandising, fashion, retail merchandising or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
