Louis Vuitton seeks Vice President, Client for Americas zone; $275K–$320K, NYC-based, executive leadership in client relations and strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and champion integrated Client Relations strategy for the Americas zone, focusing on top and emerging high-value clients
- Serve as primary liaison with Global Client Relations team, ensuring strategic alignment
- Develop annual strategic plans to maximize growth in high-end product categories
- Strategically oversee end-to-end premium client experience, providing executive resolution for escalated matters
- Drive continuous innovation in client engagement to broaden the high-net-worth client base
- Provide strategic leadership for client development activities, setting vision for acquisition, retention, and elevation
- Establish and drive zone-wide competencies for client development, including coaching and performance frameworks
- Direct comprehensive training programs to embed client development into daily store business culture
- Lead strategic implementation of resources and tools for identifying, targeting, recruiting, and retaining new clients
- Formulate and implement innovative, zone-wide event strategy integrated with business objectives and client engagement goals
- Strategically oversee all aspects of major event planning and execution, ensuring brand integrity and client experience
- Lead strategic collection, advanced analysis, and interpretation of client data for personalized engagement
- Develop and drive data-driven insights to inform event strategy, client segmentation, and targeted outreach
- Lead, develop, and inspire integrated client-facing leadership teams across the zone, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to regional and country Client Relations, Client Development, and Events teams
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in integrated client functions with significant P&L responsibility in luxury
- Extensive executive experience in designing and leading exceptional, high-impact client events and experiences
- Proven executive experience in advanced data analysis, CRM systems, and data visualization for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Superior interpersonal, relationship-building, and executive leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in integrated client functions, with significant P&L responsibility in the luxury sector. Extensive executive experience designing and leading high-impact client events and experiences, combined with proven expertise in advanced data analysis, CRM systems, and data visualization for strategic decision-making.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 275,000 to USD 320,000 per annum.
