Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Administrative Manager in overseeing accounting, administrative, and financial activities across the organization
  • Manage general accounting, monitoring active and passive cycles while supporting business operations
  • Handle treasury management independently, including cash planning, daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts, and liquidity monitoring
  • Prepare monthly strategic financial reports and ensure efficient treasury operations
  • Maintain banking relationships and manage current accounts, credit facilities, guarantees, and contractual terms
  • Support tax compliance by preparing periodic declarations for direct and indirect taxes
  • Conduct financial statement analysis and variance analysis to support management control during monthly closures
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize internal accounting and administrative processes
  • Collaborate with external advisors (accountants, auditors) and banking institutions to facilitate relationships and manage financial flows

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Consolidated experience of 2–3 years in accounting or administrative roles, preferably acquired in structured companies, Big Four audit firms, or accounting practices
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong command of Italian national accounting principles (OIC) and tax regulations
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Precision and meticulous attention to detail combined with pragmatic problem-solving
  • Organizational autonomy and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
  • Strong collaboration skills and effective interaction with colleagues in administration, management control, and other finance-related functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with banking institutions, external consultants, and corporate headquarters
