Role & Responsibilities
- Anticipate and gather training needs throughout the year, aligned with integrations, workforce movements, and new product launches.
- Plan and ensure compliance of all training programs, including the internal 'School of Know-How'.
- Monitor the completion of professional evaluations for leatherworkers and warehouse staff.
- Support team leaders, leatherworkers, and warehouse staff on training and skill development topics.
- Track training attendance and adherence to the allocated budget.
- Collaborate with the payroll department on variables related to level changes and mentorship.
- Facilitate and monitor the 'School of Know-How' mentors.
- Participate in process improvements and current projects.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in the first year of a Master's program in Human Resources.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
