Louis Vuitton Training Coordinator Intern in Brussels—join the PIONEERS program and support EMEA client services training for six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff, including organization, planning, and co-animation
- Create training materials and resources for use in training sessions, delivered both live and virtually
- Support product animation initiatives for client advisors to enhance sales performance through product expertise collaboration
- Back up the Knowledge Coordinator by uploading and creating content on SharePoint and knowledge management platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to elaborate action plans aligned with the Maison's strategic priorities
- Adapt tools and content to reflect evolving organizational strategy and priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Internship agreement provided by university (mandatory)
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canvas, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation abilities
- Advanced organizational skills with demonstrated ownership
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
