Louis Vuitton Training Assistant apprenticeship in Cergy-Pontoise, France | September 2026 | HR & Training Support Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in training plan monitoring and updates, including needs assessment, training action validation, and budget provisioning
- Support training budget tracking via SAP and reporting systems; create new supplier accounts and manage invoices to monitor expenditures
- Manage training registrations with external training organizations and internal facilitators
- Develop and maintain training dossiers and ensure their regular updates
- Coordinate on-site internal training logistics: secure training spaces, prepare attendance records, welcome facilitators, and manage breaks
- Support HR development projects and strategic workforce initiatives
- Animate internal communication supports by proposing innovative themes, messaging, and visual design concepts
- Organize and anticipate internal events including site visits and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing specialized Human Resources degree at Bac +4 level or equivalent
- Previous demonstrable experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Experience
Beginner level with previous Human Resources experience preferred; candidate should demonstrate real interest and aptitude in training management, employee development, and HR project execution.
