Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Time Reference Assistant, 12-month contract, Asnières-sur-Seine manufacturing facility. Production analysis & continuous improvement role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in rapid costing and update of production time estimates for new products or existing evolutions
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify industrial optimization opportunities and improve process reliability
- Conduct time studies and on-site process analysis to evaluate manufacturing operations
- Contribute to the construction and maintenance of operational procedures and workflow documentation
- Update technical databases and component records to ensure data integrity across industrial systems
- Ensure consistency and reliability of production time data within PLM and SAP systems
- Support manufacturing teams in analyzing performance metrics and identifying best practices across the facility
- Disseminate continuous improvement methodologies and share analytical insights with methods, industrialization, and production teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel and/or Power BI (recommended)
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Intellectually curious with an agile mindset
- Commitment to environmental stewardship and corporate sustainability objectives

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Current enrollment in tertiary education (business, engineering, or equivalent discipline) is the primary requirement.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in a business school, engineering program, or equivalent academic discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Asnières-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
