Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceive and execute textile motifs and repeat patterns, producing precise artwork and production-ready files for suppliers.
  • Create 3D mock-ups and photorealistic renderings of textile applications across Home & Lifestyle products using 3D software and AI-assisted tools.
  • Develop a photographic sensibility to present and valorize finished products through composed imagery and visual storytelling.
  • Support textile project launches and follow the end-to-end development process in collaboration with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage administrative follow-up for development expenses and supplier orders.
  • Organize, archive and maintain the studio’s material and digital resources with rigor.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude in pattern creation, technical drawing and repeat motif construction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; familiarity with Procreate.
  • Experience with 3D modelling and rendering tools—Rhino—and comfort using AI design workflows.
  • Good knowledge or demonstrable interest in textile structures and finishes (woven, knit, jacquard, tufting, prints, broderie, outdoor fabrics, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous approach to archiving, and effective communication with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in French and English; Italian language skills are an advantage.
