Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute textile graphic patterns, manage precise pattern repeats and layouts, and prepare production files for supplier handoff
• Develop 3D prototypes and textile renderings across product ranges using advanced 3D and AI technologies
• Cultivate visual acuity for optimizing finished product presentation through photography-informed design direction
• Coordinate textile project launches and oversee the supplier development process from conception through completion
• Manage administrative requirements and development cost tracking for textile initiatives
• Maintain organized archival and resource management systems

Qualifications

• Exceptional graphic design capabilities with mastery of pattern creation, technical drawing, and repeat design techniques
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate), 3D modeling software (Rhino), and AI-powered design tools
• Demonstrated ability to deliver flawless 3D mock-ups and renderings
• Strong organizational skills with acute sensitivity to product imagery and excellent supplier communication
• Foundational or demonstrated keen interest in textile technologies (warp and weft, knits, jacquard, cut-pile, all printing techniques, finishing treatments, embroidery, outdoor fabrics, tufting, etc.)
• Graduate of a textile design school (e.g., ENSAA Duperré, ENSAD, Central Saint Martins, IFM, ANAT, ECAL) or equivalent specialized training
