Louis Vuitton is hiring a Testing Factory Product Owner on a permanent, full-time basis within LV_NEO’s Application Automation team in Paris. Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Testing Factory product vision, strategy, roadmap and service catalogue in alignment with Application Automation objectives.
- Manage end-to-end testing demand across O2C, Product and Client: qualification, discovery, scoping, feasibility assessment, estimation, prioritisation, Value Committee, PI Planning and delivery tracking.
- Manage and prioritise the Jira backlog, define Epics and User Stories, clarify acceptance criteria, and make trade-offs based on value, risk, capacity and commitments.
- Lead the Application NRT, Train NRT / O2C, Daily Express, API testing and performance testing services, and their progressive extension across INT, PRP and PRD environments.
- Accelerate self-service adoption so squads can independently launch automated tests, consult reports and use results in their pipelines.
- Establish governance across the Testing Factory, QA Leads, squads, domain leads, Release Management and partners; clarify responsibilities for manual testing, automation, analysis and defect tracking.
- Oversee integration of the testing ecosystem with GitHub Actions, Jira, Xray, automation frameworks, cloud-based multi-device testing solutions and reporting tools.
- Define and monitor product and quality KPIs, including response time, automation velocity, coverage, pass rate, execution time, defects detected, environment availability, self-service adoption, squad satisfaction and delivery gains.
- Facilitate the Testing community, governance committees, demonstrations, roadmap reviews and training, and promote standards and best practices.
- Explore and industrialise AI use cases to accelerate test generation and maintenance, improve results analysis and strengthen self-healing capabilities.
- Ensure service quality, security, operability, documentation, support and continuous improvement for the testing platform and services.

- At least 5 years’ experience; the role profile specifies 6–8 years minimum as a Product Owner, Test Manager, QA Lead or platform product lead.
- Strong product management expertise, sound knowledge of testing strategies, and experience automating and industrialising testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira and Xray, or equivalent solutions.
- Ability to design a service operating model covering scoping, demand governance, capacity planning, service levels, support and continuous improvement.

- Command of agile methods, change management and value measurement.
- Good knowledge of AI applications in testing.
- Strong ability to share knowledge, demonstrate leadership and unite teams.
- Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
- Interest in the luxury sector and its associated standards of excellence, rigour, attention to detail and creativity.
